The Federal Government has concluded plans to send 16 teachers to Liberia under the country’s volunteer scheme. According to the Director- General, Directorate of Technical Aid Corps (DTAC), Yusuf Yakub, the 16 teachers who will be departing the shores of Nigeria on Friday are going under the
