A retired Director of the Department of State Services, Alhaji Aliyu Otta Uthman,fsi,has been reelected as the National President of the apex sociocultural organisation of the people of Ilorin Emirate, the Ilorin Emirate Descendants Progressive Union (IEDPU). The reelection of Alhaji Uthman was
