The Chief Operations Officer (Joint Ventures and Business Development), of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) Dr. Roland Onoriode Ewubare has resigned from the corporation. According to insider sources, Ewubare who is the only South South top hierarchy in the corporation
