Former Commonwealth Secretary-General, Emeka Anyaoku, has ruled himself out of the book presentation and campaign flag-off of the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar. In an announcement published in ThisDay newspaper on Monday, Anyaoku was
