Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Godwin Emefiele, is reportedly planning to leave the country before May 29. According to Sahara Reporters, President Muhammadu Buhari has granted the Central Bank governor study leave. This opportunity for Emefiele to flee the country before Buhari
