A Federal High Court in Abuja has halted the planned arraignment of former Chief of Army Staff (CoAS), Lt. Gen. Kenneth Minimah and two senior army officers for their alleged complicity in the diversion of public funds estimated at N13.8billion. The two others are Major General A. O. Adebayo
