An Oyo State High Court has dismissed a suit filed by Mr. Rauf Olaniyan, the state Deputy Governor. The Oyo State House of Assembly had a few weeks ago initiated an impeachment process against the deputy governor. Olaniyan later approached the court to stop the lawmakers from impeaching him.
