A chieftain of All Progressives Congress (APC) and former leader, Zamfara State House of Assembly, Hon. Salisu Kainuwa Tsafe has lamented that the Mai Mala Buni-led caretaker committee went outside the party’s constitutional provisions. Tsafe, who is also a statutory delegate to the national
