A top and notorious Boko Haram Commander in the Lake Chad region, Amir Bukkwaram, has surrendered to the Nigerian military. It was gathered that the terrorist commander alongside his family and fighters surrendered his herds of sheep and weapons to the military. According to Daily Trust,
