Sowore’s Deceptive Agenda: Nigerians Must Not Be Misled

The recent video clip of Omoyele Sowore has exposed his true motives, a man driven not by patriotism but by personal ambition and external influence. His call for an #FreeNnamdiKanuNow protest is nothing more than a ploy to incite unrest and destabilize the nation for selfish gain.

Sowore has repeatedly used the cover of activism to promote chaos. Each time, innocent Nigerians, traders, students, and security personnel bear the brunt, while he enjoys safety behind his screen of propaganda. This time again, he seeks to drag citizens into another needless confrontation with the state.

Nigerians must not fall for this deception. We have seen the aftermath of similar movements , the IMN (Shiite) clashes, EndSARS protests, and others that ended in bloodshed and destruction. Those who fan the flames of crisis rarely share in its pain.

The Coalition for Peace, Justice and National Stability (CPJNS) urges Nigerians to remain vigilant. Let us reject every attempt to exploit our emotions, divide our people, or disrupt our peace in the name of activism.

We will not agree. We will not be used. Nigeria’s peace is greater than anyone’s ambition.
