Sowore: PDP condemns killings, insists Buhari, APC have failed

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has condemned the killing of Olajide Sowore, a student of the University of Benin and younger brother of rights activist, Omoyele Sowore, by suspected gunmen.
The party in a statement by the National Publicity Secretary Kola Ologbondiyan lamented the daily killing of compatriots across the nation.
According to the main opposition party, the situation had turned the country into a killing field where mindless massacre of citizens had become a routine.
The party insisted that the President Muhammadu Buhari-led All Progressives Congress (APC) administration had become overwhelmed, having failed to provide the required leadership to rescue the nation.
The PDP urged the security agencies to step up their efforts to apprehend the killers of Olajide Sowore and bring them to justice.
