Senator Adeola debunks alleged remark against Ndigbo in Lagos state

Following a successful mobilisation and consultations with Igbo constituents and other ethnic groups in Lagos West Senatorial District toward Saturday’s Presidential and National Assembly elections culminating in his endorsement and installation with prestigious chieftaincy titles, some disgruntled elements envious of Senator Solomon Adeola(APC, Lagos West)successful campaign towards re-election has started a rumour  that he denigrated the Igbos  at his stakeholder’s meeting yesterday at Ajegunle, Ajeromi Ifelodun LGA.

There is absolutely no iota of truth in this vexatious concoction to the effect that Senator Adeola ever stated that Igbos  will be “used and dumped” as being alleged and the whole stakeholder’s meeting which lasted less than one hour is on video that is available.

Only today (12-2-19), the Senator fulfilled his pledge of a bus for Eze Ndigbo in Lagos State Eze Uchechukwu Nwanchukwu following his endorsement for Senate and installation as “Dike di  Ora Nma 1” of Lagos State one week ago.

At the hand over of the Toyota Hiace bus to Eze Ndigbo of Lagos State who was accompanied by other Eze Ndigbo from different parts of Lagos West, Eze Nwanchukwu reaffirmed the Igbo endorsement of Senator Adeola and mandated all Igbo’s to vote for him and all APC candidate in Lagos State as according to him Igbos in Lagos State cannot be in opposition to the government and party in power.

” This is where we make our living and bring up our children without molestation. We support the party and the government in Lagos State and I am mandating all Igbos  to vote for Senator Adeola aka Yayi as the ” Dike di  Ora Nma 1″ of Lagos State” he stated at the hand over of the vehicle.

Senator Adeola has been elated in his new found relationship with Ndigbo in Lagos since his installation was pained at the rumour making the rounds saying that he represents all people in his senatorial district without regards to tribe and will not only champion the interest of Igbos in Lagos State but also in the Senate at Abuja.
