Rep Chinda rescued 35 school kids in Woji from being punished for lack of English text books

…launches back to sch program under the ‘I win U win’

…as program enters day 3 in Obio /Akpor LGA dishing out books to students

Rep Kingsley Ogundu Chinda, member representing Obio/Akpor Federal Constituency in Rivers State recently rescued 35 students who were undergoing punishment due to lack of English text books.

The grassroots politician and advocate of ‘live and let’s live’ promptly paid for the students books and advised them to study hard to attain greater heights of excellence in life.

Chinda who has championed the ‘I win u win’ program since 2012 to further boost education in his constituency launched the back to school program as students gladly collect books on resumption of school.

Supplying learning packs to schools can support a variety of educational goals. It can enhance access to educational resources, promote a more interactive learning experience, and help ensure that students have the tools they need to engage with the curriculum effectively.

Learning packs can contribute to a more inclusive and equitable educational environment, especially for students facing resource constraints.

Recall that this program annually buys JAMB forms for both non-indigenes and indigenes in his constituency.

This outside the skills acquisition program that is showcased and graduands are given starter packs because of Rep Chinda’s philosophy of teaching his constituents how to fish than doling out fish for immediate consumption.
