Rep. Chinda mourns late Funke Adedoyin, describe her as a loyal, hardworking and compassionate grassroots mobilizer and politician

A member of the House of Representatives, representing Obio/Akpor Federal Constituency in Rivers State and Chairman Public Accounts Committee ( PAC) in the House, Rep. Kingsley Chinda has condoled with the Speaker, House of Rep. members over the demise of one of the their member Honourable Dr. Funke Adedoyin.

Late Funke Adedoyin is a House of Representatives member representing Ekiti/Isin/Irepodun/Oke-Ero Federal Constituency in Kwara State.

Chinda who is the Chairman, Public Account Committee of the House of Rep described the late Adedoyin as a loyal, hardworking and compassionate grassroots mobilizer and politician who spent the greater part of her life in the service of her people and humanity.
“When I heard of the death of Dr Funke Adedoyin, I was shocked, not because I did not believe in the immortality of her life, but because, I did not see her going too soon.

“She was a fantastic and hard-working individual. Her family background did not in any way plant pride in her life, rather she was known for her simplicity and humility coupled with hard work and dedication to humanity.

Funke, was a minister of Health and until her death was a member of the Federal House of Representatives.

“ I pray she will be granted eternal rest and the family will be granted the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.

Her exploit in politics has made her contribute to nation building. There is no doubt that Funke will be missed by her family, her political associates, friends and relation.
