Presidency denies reinstatement order of Daura by NSA

The Presidency has denied the report currently trending on social media that National Security Adviser overrules Osinbajo, orders reinstatement of sacked DSS boss.

Shortly after the DSS boss was sacked by the Acting President, Yemi Osinbajo, there was another news on social media reporting that the NSA overruled the decision by reinstating  Daura.

A Presidency who spoke with DAILY DISPATCH however, denied the story, declaring that it was the handy work of the cabals, calling on Nigerians to disregard such story.

Earlier on Acting President Yesi Osinbajo had announced the sack of Daura via a statement by his media aide, Laolu Akande without stating the reason. The sack was announced while he (Daura) was meeting with the acting President.

About 10 minutes later, Acting President described as an unauthorized takeover of the National Assembly complex earlier today as a gross violation of the constitutional order, rule of law and all accepted notions of law and order.
