Police arraigns 86 year old woman over robbery
The Police in Philadelphia, United State (U.S), has arraign a 86-year-old woman over attempted robbery after pointing a gun at a commercial bank cashier, demanding $400.
According to police, the women, Emily Coakley, who uses a walker, had been to the same bank a day earlier to complete a transaction.
It was gathered that the octogenarian, on arrival at her residence, cross-checked her activities at the bank and claimed that the staff had short-changed her by $400.
Eyewitness hinted that the suspect grabbed a gun and her walker and went back to the bank to collect the $400 she had allegedly been short-changed.
The Police said that Coakley was charged with aggravated assault, robbery, terroristic threats and related offenses but was released self recognition.
