PDP’s Assessment Team ranks Wike best performing PDP governor in South-south zone-Orbih
National Vice Chairman (South-south) of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Chief Dan Orbih said a team of assessors commissioned by him to appraise the performance of PDP Governors in the zone returned a verdict of 99.9 percent for Rivers Governor, Nyesom Wike.
Orbih, who spoke at Emuoha, in Rivers State, during the PDP campaign rally, stated that the remaining .01 percent would be garnered by the governor in the remaining five months to the end of his tenure.
He said: “A few weeks ago, I put together a team to give me an on-the-spot assessment of the performance of the PDP government in the South-south states.”
The interim report of the team shows that the governor of Rivers State scored 99.9 percent. I was told that the remaining .01 percent is left fir the remaining months of his government in Rivers State.
” Let me take this opportunity therefore to congratulate the governor of Rivers State for his outstanding performance as the governor who has brought dividends of democracy to the people of Rivers State.
“What can I say other than to thank the people of Emuoha for their wonderful support.
“As we look forward yo the coming elections, from.what I see, I can rightly say here that Emuoha people, with your demonstration of support for the PDP, fir the governorship, it is consolidation and continuity. “
Orbih pleaded with Emuoha people to support consolidation and continuity in Senate, House of Reps and State Assembly polls.
