PDP wins in Osinbajo, Fashola, Gbaja’s LGAs
Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo; Minister of Power, Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola; and the House Majority Leader, Femi Gbajabiamila, all lost their local governments to the Peoples Democratic Party.
Both Fashola and Gbaja are from Surulere where the PDP presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, got 31,603 votes, while President Muhammadu Buhari garnered 30,621 votes.
In Eti Osa local government where Osinbajo is registered to vote, Atiku got 25,216, while Buhari had 20,962 votes.
