PDP Meets With Alex Ekwueme In Enugu

Some leaders of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, will on Wednesday meet with former Vice President, Alex Ekwueme in Enugu.

Disclosing thus on its Twitter handle @OfficialPDPNG, the former ruling party said it’s Strategy Review and Inter Party Affairs Committee-led by Professor Jerry Gana will meet with Ekwueme in a bid to fashion out ways of moving the party forward.

PDP wrote: “In line with the desire of the Senator Ahmed Makarfi led National Caretaker Committee of the PDP to carry every stakeholders of the Party

“Our great Party, the PDP will continue to reach out to all members and stakeholders of the Party nationwide in this rebuilding process

“This is to allow the elder statesman advise and make the necessary inputs as may be required on the document.

“Our great Party, Dr. Alex Ifeanyichukwu Ekwueme, GCON, to present to him the report of the Strategy Review Committee.

“Professor Jerry Gana is right now in Enugu to meet with the first elected Vice President of Nigeria, one of the founding father of the party.”
