PDP LONDON CHAPTER FROWNS AT UNRESOLVED NATIONAL LEADERSHIP CRISIS

The United Kingdom South-West Chapter of Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) has declared to wage war against the controversial factions of the national leadership,stating that the power tussle was about selfish interest.
The Diaspora members of the troubled party made this known after its bi-quarterly meeting held in London, stressing that the warring factions led by Ahmed Markafi and Ali Modu Sheriff should immediately sheathe their swords to pave way and honourably step aside for fresh and selfless party members plan and execute national convention as a matter of priority.
The chapter in a communique issued and signed by Otunba Kenny Aluko(Chairman) and Niyi Ajayi(Secretary) respectively said the party remains indivisible and shall continue to uphold her values and tenets irrespective of any threat either within or outer.
’ The two warring factions, Ahmed Markafi and Ali Modu Sheriff should honourably step aside for fresh and selfless party members plan and execute national convention as a matter of priority’,the communique declared.
The London members further warned that,it was prepared to use all available resources in fighting all perceived party members fuelling the crisis
‘We shall use all the resources available to us in fighting any perceived party member fuelling this crisis as a result of his/her selfish reason as we have reliably gathered that most of the self-acclaimed leaders are hobnobbing with the front runners of the alleged yet to be formed party’.
The communique also resolved that; the ongoing leadership impasse is just a phase that would assuredly bring out the party stronger, healthier and more dynamic as usual.
‘That we shall continue to expose the ineptitude and cheap political propaganda of APC in constructive and robust ways for Nigerians to know that the only party that cares for the masses through pragmatic alleviation of poverty is Peoples Democratic Party’.
’We also want to sympathise with all Nigerians for the agony they are presently going through with the defiling economy state of the Nation by ineffective and directionless APC led administration’.
