PDP Chairman slumps, dies during campaign rally in Enugu

The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in Enugu State has been thrown into mourning.

It was gathered that the party was thrown into mourning after Mr. SKB Ogbuagu, the party’s acting chairman in the state’s Udi Local Government Area, passed away.

According to reports, Ogbuagu passed out during a town hall meeting held by Enugu governorship candidate, Barrister Peter Mbah in the Ezeagu Local Government Area.

According to rumors, the chairman who is said to suffer from asthma—had a crisis toward the rally’s conclusion. He passed away after being taken to a nearby hospital.

Naijablitznews.com reports that the leader of the party’s hierarchy in the state, Mr. Augustine Nnamani, has not made an official statement about the development.
