Osun Discharges 6 COVID-19 Patients
Osun State Government has confirmed that six COVID-19 patients who received treatment after testing negative twice in the state have been discharged.
The state governor, Gboyega Oyetola, announced this on news on Wednesday.
He explained that some others are fast recuperating.
The announcement was made by the governor in a tweet on Wednesday, noting that the patients were part of the 127 Osun natives who recently returned from Côte d’Ivoire.
The tweet reads “Another good news from our Isolation Centre, as 6 more COVID-19 patients have tested negative twice, in line with @NCDCgov protocol. The patients who are among the 127 Ivory Coast returnees have been discharged to join their families.”
