Ondo 2019: Former commissioner, Akinmade picks House Of Reps nomination form
A former commissioner of Information and Strategy in Ondo state, Hon. Kayode Akinmade, has picked the nomination form to represent Idanre/Ifedore Federal Constituency in the lower chamber of the National Assembly.
He will be contesting on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
It will be recalled that Akinmade has been adopted by the local government executives of the PDP in Idanre/Ifedore constituency as its candidate for 2019 election.
Akinmade, a consummate journalist, was the Special Adviser to the former Speaker of the House of Representatives, Dimeji Bankole on media and communication before his sterling qualities were identified by the former Governor of Ondo State, Dr Segun Mimiko who included him in his cabinet as Commissioner for Information.
His globally acknowledged quality, the fear of God, has precipitated his choice for a seat in the lower chamber next year by his people.
