Ogun Senior Civil Servants Elect New Exco, As Olude-Isa Emerged Chairman

Comrade Owolabi Olude-Isa has been elected as Chairman, Senior Civil Servants of Nigeria, Ogun State chapter.
Owolabi, who will be piloting the affairs of the association for the next four years emerged winner at the 4th Quadrennial National Delegates Conference in Abeokuta, the state capital on Wednesday when he polled 77 votes to defeat his rival, Oridota Lateef Aremu, who had 32 votes.
Similarly, members of the association also elected Okuneye Rotimi and Oyesola James as Vice Chairmen into the new team to drive ASCSN to the next level, while the duo of Ogunbanjo Kayode and Sofola Idowu elected as Internal Auditor.
Moreover, Sekinat Majekadegbe, Owolabi Akinbode, Ogidan Olatunji, Solomon Taiwo and Tejuoso Felicia were elected as Ex-Officio members.
In his acceptance speech, the chairman ascribed his landslide victory to God’s mercy and favour, just as he pledged to render selfless services and prioritise the desire of every member of the association and carry them along in the scheme of things during his tenure.
“We shall ensure everybody is carried along in the scheme of things. In the course of carrying out the enormous task of moving our great association to the next level, we shall make honesty, transparency, equity, fairness, diligence and integrity,” he said.
