Ogun Journalists Benefit From Customised Hon. Adebutu Hand Sanitizers

Knowing the hazard of journalism in Ogun State and Nigeria generally, Hon. Ladi Adebutu has delivered hundreds of hand sanitizers to assist the journalists in the state in the prevention of COVID 19 while on the line of duties.

The delivery of this preventive kit was made possible by representatives of the former member of the House of Representatives, Chief Adebutu, and it was handed over to the Secretary of the Caretaker Committee of the Ogun NUJ, Comrade Wale Oluokun at Iwe Iroyin secretariat of the council.

Comrade Oluokun while receiving the sanitizers thanked the former honourable member for the gesture and other assistance to the members, and having taken into cognisance the safety of the profession.

He urged the Ogun State government to include journalists in the state among those that would benefit in the lockdown palliatives of the state government.

Comrade Oluokun assured the representatives of the donor that ten sanitizers will be presented to each of the twelve Chapels in the council.
