The Obio Akpor Federal Constituency in Rivers State delivery mandate is sealed for all candidates running for elective offices as the PVC is the instrument of power.
Rep Kingsley Chinda, Engr Barrister Otto Amadi in continuation of units units door to door assembly of the BVAs cards, PVC mostly from hands of influential individuals and families.
According to Chinda and Amadi, the Obio Akpor delivery mandate of our sons in this forthcoming election is no more a subject of campaign rather we make set through our PVC instrument to swear them into office by the special grace of God.
“The LGA team of expanded sensitization brought more spirit of United effort to taking full delivery of the electorate.
“But this fact still remains essential to booking a landslide victory,units door to door assembly of the BVAs cards(PVC)mostly from the hands of influential individuals or families.
