NYSC members boycott poll in Ogun
Many voters are stranded in Ado Odo Ota area of Ogun State as members of the National Youth Service Corps deployed by the Independent National Electoral Commission for the ongoing Presidential and National Assembly elections have refused to take up the duties.
According to information available to The Eagle Online, the Corps members, who are protesting the failure to pay them their allowances, are not at their Polling Unit 006, Ward 03 at Ado Odo Ota.
The polling unit is said to be located in the office of the INEC in the area.
As at press time, accreditation of voters, which should have kicked off by 8:30am, was yet to start.
