In a statement released by the Embassy of Japan in Nigeria, TICAD 9 is expected to center on jointly developing innovative approaches to address Africa’s and the world’s most pressing challenges.
The statement added that the conference also seeks to deepen Japan-Africa cooperation, reflecting the continent’s rising influence and the shared goal of fostering inclusive and accountable global governance.
