Nigerians who took the greatest risk of their lives to cross the Mediterranean Sea to Italy have joined faith together in praying to the country that rescue, housed and feed them with stipends attached to it. They said this country has really helped them and is so unfortunate that they are going through this tough time. They prayed almighty God to heal the country. Many of them wept uncontrollably as they watch the bodies of Corona Virus victims in a motorcade.
The prayer was done via group online media with words of encouragement to the Italian government not to be discourage in the fight against COVID-19. They also urged themselves to stay at home and follow the rules to avoid the deadly Virus.
They begged the Nigerian Ambassador to see what can be done to enable them go back to Nigeria as they have continuously live in fear because of the Virus. It will be very sad to say that after leaving home in search for greener pasture only to be trapped in the web of COVID-19.
