Man Impregnates 13 Year Old Stepdaughter In Ogun, Arrested by Police

Wonders shall never end as a 50 year old man, Kayode Oladehinde was arrested by the Ogun State Police Command for impregnating his stepdaughter, aged 13 under his roof at Ogijo area.
Nemesis caught up with Oladehinde, residing at Olope Street, Ogijo on February 5th, 2020 following report from the victim’s mother, having complained at Ogijo Divisional headquarters that her daughter informed her that her present husband sometimes forcefully had carnal knowledge of her, which cumulated to her pregnancy.
DSP Abimbola Oyeyemi, PPRO, Ogun State Police Command stated this in a statement on Saturday, adding that the mother further revealed that the suspect having realized that the victim was pregnant, gave her drug to abort the pregnancy, but later resorted to her bleeding seriously.
Oyeyemi said: “On the strength of the report, the DPO Ogijo division, CSP Suleiman Muhammad detailed his detectives to the suspect’s residence where he was promptly arrested.
“On interrogation, the suspect who was dumb founded when confronted by his wife only pleaded for forgiveness from his wife and the victim who is his stepdaughter.
“Investigation revealed that the mother of the victim got married to the suspect after the death of her first husband who was the father of the victim some years ago and had a child for him.”
Meanwhile, the Commissioner of Police, CP Kenneth Ebrimson has ordered the transfer of the suspect to anti human trafficking and child labour unit of the State Criminal Investigation And Intelligence Department for further investigation and possible prosecution.
