Kwankwaso debunks defection rumours

Former governor of Kano state, Rabiu Musa Kwakwaso has debunked rumour that he has left the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

There has been rumour that the senator who has defected to the PDP from the All progressives Congress had again moved but in a tweet via his social media page, Kwankwaso said he remains a PDP member.

He wrote: “A fake news is being circulated on the social media that I am leaving the PDP. I wish to debunk these lies and once again state that I am still a member of the PDP & have no intention of leaving my party the PDP; not now & certainly not anytime in the future. Power to the People”
