Kaduna Accord Party Members Rally Behind Gbenga Olawepo-Hashim for 2027 Presidency
Leaders and supporters of the Accord Party in Kaduna State have renewed their support for the party’s presidential candidate, Gbenga Olawepo-Hashim, ahead of the 2027 general election, describing him as a capable leader with the vision to tackle Nigeria’s challenges.
The declaration was made during a well-attended rally in Kaduna on Tuesday, where party faithful, youth and women groups, as well as community leaders, gathered to endorse Olawepo-Hashim’s presidential ambition.
Addressing supporters at the event, party chieftain Sabo Jimeta praised Olawepo-Hashim’s contributions to national development, commitment to democratic principles, and advocacy for economic transformation and national unity.
He said the Accord Party flagbearer possesses the experience and leadership qualities needed to steer the country toward progress.
Supporters at the rally expressed optimism about the party’s chances in the next presidential election, waving banners and placards while chanting slogans in support of the candidate.
One of the prominent messages displayed at the gathering described Olawepo-Hashim as “Nigeria’s Saviour,” highlighting the confidence many attendees said they have in his leadership and policy direction.
Party officials also pointed to the outcome of recent affirmation primaries conducted in several states, noting that Olawepo-Hashim received overwhelming support from delegates and party members.
They said the exercise reflected broad confidence in his vision for a peaceful, united, and economically prosperous Nigeria.
According to supporters, the Accord Party candidate offers an alternative political choice focused on economic recovery, industrial growth, national cohesion, and inclusive governance.
They urged Nigerians to support leaders with the experience and ideas required to address the nation’s pressing concerns.
