Just In: APC suspends Valentine Asuen ‘DVD’

The Edo State chapter of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) has allegedly imposed an indefinite suspension on one of its members, Hon. Valentine Asuen, popularly known as DVD and owner of DVD Oil.

According to reports, Asuen was suspended on Monday over allegations of orchestrating attacks and engaging in blackmail against the party’s State Secretary, Engr. Lawrence Okah.

Asuen currently serves as Chairman of the Edo State Forestry Commission and was the APC’s candidate for the Edo South Senatorial District in the 2023 general elections.
