IPOB Members Attack Hausa Community In Delta, Kill Four

No fewer than four persons have been killed in Abraka Market area in Asaba, the Delta State capital, by suspected members of the Indigenous People of Biafra, led by Nnamdi Kanu.
The attack was carried out at about midnight on Friday.
According to available information, the area attacked is occupied by the Hausa and Fulani settlers in the state.
The attackers were said to have been armed with guns and other dangerous weapons, pouncing on their victims who were asleep.
An explosive device was also said to have been thrown at the mosque at Cable Point.
However, the explosive device did not detonate until it was thrown into the nearby river by a man at the scene.
Armed soldiers were said to have responded to the distress call of the occupants of the area.
But the attackers had fled before the soldiers arrived.
The Delta State Commissioner of Police, Ibrahim Zanna, has confirmed the incidence.
Zanna, however, said no arrest has been made.
