INEC ask Nigerians to report underage voters

The independent national electoral commission chairman prof. Mahmood Yakubu urge Nigerians to report irregularities during elections to INEC office to ensure adequate penalties to offenders.
The INEC chairman said INEC is open to receive any complaints. “ we will entertain any valuable information brought to us which will be adequately investigated and prosecuted “.
Prof Mahmood Yakubu disclosed this during the last press briefing organised by INEC to inform Nigerians on update of the general elections .
He also added that voters can locate their polling unit by visiting go to pu.ng to locate their polling units to avoid any confusion.
“Phones can be brought into polling unit but will be allowed to be used during voting process”
He urged Nigerians to abide by the laws guiding electoral processes in order to avoid hitches that may affect the elections.
He further explained that 72,775,522 persons have collected their voters card and there are 119,973, 57 polling units across the country.
