You wonder why men die fast than women. apart from providing for the family which is even a factor.
Most men like suffering… They think that is what makes them a good husband or good man.
Men shoulder their problems, that of extended families, in-laws and maybe side chick, men need to take care of themselves.

A lot of men have high blood pressure, there’s high numbers of widows than widowers .

Too much stress takes you to the grave faster. Take time and take care of urself, rest, spend time and bond with your kids, too many children are used to thier mothers while the father only known as a provider

Buy your self good okrika if u can’t afford Turkey, buy China, buy good food and give ur self gift and special treatment.

No body cares my dear. U don’t need any validation, don’t depend on people for your happiness. Learn to.create your happy moment.

Sometimes, Go and watch movies at the cinema buy pop corn. There are subsidised ways of enjoying urself.
Be an honorable man but take care of yourself.
