Elizade reacts to report he sold land on which collapsed building was built to Osinbajo

Chief Michael Ade-Ojo, owner of Elizade Motors, has debunked a media report that he sold the land on which the high-rise building that collapsed in Ikoyi area of Lagos State to Vice President Yemi Osinbajo (SAN).

Chief Ade-Ojo spoke in a statement personally signed issued on November 4, described the story as false.

The news story was carried by online news platform, Sahara Reporters.

Ade-Ojo however admitted that he owns land next to the collapsed building, adding that he has not sold the property to anybody.

According to him: “To be clear, I own a property next to the said building which I have not sold and do not intend to sell it to anyone.”
