EID-EL-KABIR: ASIWAJU PREACHES SACRIFICE AND LOVE
The Honourable commissioner of Finance and Economic Development in Kogi State, Hon.Mukadam Asiwaju Idris Asiru congratulate all Muslim brothers and sisters in yagba east,kogi state and Nigeria at large on the auspicious occasion of Salah celebration.
In his message to commemorate the day,he said the significant of the season must not be undermined under the auspices of celebration, rather we must deem it fit to be obedient to the will and precept of the Almighty Allah as he directs our affairs. Its indicative, that our sacrificial heart and Love exude to humanity is what makes the salah celebration worthwhile and meaningful.
He admonished all Muslim faithfuls to use this crucial moment to pray vehemently for our leaders; President Muhammad Buhari and Governor Yahaya Adoza Bello in their quest to bring succour to the people and change to the nation. Unease lies the head that wears the crown,hence,our support,prayers and cooperation is key to record success for the benefit of all regardless.
Asiwaju opined,that we must pray and create an atmosphere where love,peace,tolerance and sacrifice is allowed to thrive,if our collective desire to see development and positive change still tops our heart. He said, a special festive season like this,is to also show gratitude to Allah(SWT) the most merciful and benevolence for his unending grace and love for us all.
He wishes all Muslim faithfuls the best of Salah celebration, stressing that the blessing and joy that accompany the significance of the day shall engulf round us and change our life for the better.
