EDO NORTH 2019: ALIMIKHENA CAMPAIGN ORGANIZATION TO MOMOH, RESIGNED OR FACE DEFEAT
The campaign organization of Senate Deputy Whip Senator Francis Alimikhena has issued a Stern warning to the People’s Democratic Party ( PDP) Senatorial candidate in Edo North Engineer Abubakar Momoh to voluntarily retire from active politics before 2019 general election or face the greatest political defeat in the 2019 general election.
The Director General of the Campaign organization and former commissioner in the Oshiomhole’s administration Mr. Lucky James stated this while congratulating Senator Francis Alimikhena for his emergence as the APC Senatorial candidate and members of the Alimikhena campaign organization for their support and steadfastness in supporting the All Progressive Congress in the conduct of a peaceful primary.
“The People have spoken and we are humbled by their support ” ” We urged the People’s Democratic Candidate (PDP) Senatorial candidate in Edo North Hon. Momoh Abubakar to voluntarily step out of the Senatorial race and resigned from politics before the 2019 election in order not to be retired from politics with an undeniable defeat prematurely. “Momoh Should honourably forget the idea of occupying Edo North Senatorial seat or face massive rejection in the 2019 general election.”
The Director General of the Senator Alimikhena campaign organization Mr. Lucky James said ” the Oracle of development has emerged as the APC candidate and APC cannot lose sleep because of the PDP candidate because he go not the credibility to withstand the personality of the APC candidate even if the whole resources in the world are at the disposal of Engineer Momoh he cannot stand Alimikhena in a day light contest.
Lucky James who was a former commissioner for Local Government and Chieftancy affairs stated this In a statement issued by the Director media of the campaign organization Mr Benjamin Atu. The Director General described the outcome of the primary as no victor, no vanquish. He commended the opponents of Senator Francis Alimikhena in the race to the senatorial ticket of the party for their commitment to democratic values and for their trust in the capacity of the incumbent Edo North Senator to deliver on his campaign promises through their voluntary actions to step down. He urged all of them that were in the race with Senator Francis Alimikhena to come together and build a formidable team ahead of the general election.
