Developing Story: Senate confirms Justice Kekere-Ekun as CJN
The Senate has confirmed the appointment of Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun as the substantive Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN).
Her confirmation was consequent upon a screening session at the plenary in Abuja on Wednesday, September 25, 2024.
The Senate thereafter subjected the CJN’s appointment to a confirmation hearing.
