COVID-19: Drink Water Always, Use Tissue Paper When Sneezing – OSEMA Boss Urges Residents

To suppress the spread of Coronavirus, General Manager, Osun State Emergency Management Agency (OSEMA) Dr. Oluwabukola Aluko, has charged the people of Osun to drink water always to avoid dry throat, and use tissue paper when sneezing.
He further advised them to cough into the elbow, as well as to keep their environment clean and stay safe at home to prevent the spread of the pandemic.
Dr Aluko, gave the charge in Osogbo in a statement made available to Daily Dispatch by the agency press officer, Segilola Babalola on Wednesday.
He said: “Residents of the state should adhere strictly to the precautionary measures towards curbing the spread of corona virus pandemic.
“As such obedience will compliment the efforts of the state government in preventing the possible spread of the dreaded disease COVID-19 by staying at home, staying safe, keeping social distance and embracing personal hygiene with hand sanitizer or soap and water.”
However, he appreciated the efforts of Governor Adegboyega Oyetola for his timely intervention programmes and giant strides taken so far to curb and suppress the spread of coronavirus in the state.
