Consult Buhari Not Tinubu Before Taking Decisions – Aribisala Warns Osinbajo

Veteran journalist and columnist, Femi Aribisala has advised the Acting President, Yemi Osinbajo to always consult President Muhammadu Buhari before making decisions and not a National leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Bola Tinubu.

Aribisala urged Osinbajo to ignore advice from the former Lagos state governor on the issue of governance.

Osinbajo, who was the Attorney-General and Commissioner of Justice under Tinubu, has been in the Acting capacity since the President embarked on medical vacation one month ago.

Aribisala, who took to his twitter handle @femiaribisala wrote: “Ag. President Osibajo must be careful to consult Buhari (not Tinubu) before taking any decision. Sick or not, Buhari is still the President.”

This is coming at a time when an international human rights organisation, Opinion Nigeria, ON, called on Buhari to tender his resignation to pave way for the confirmation of Osinbajo as President.

President of ON, Jeff Okoroafor, in a petition to Buhari premised its demand on health reasons.
