Children’s Day: Medalinks Media Communication Hosts Maiden Children Phone-In Concept

The maiden edition of Medalinks Media Communication Children’s Day Celebration has been scheduled to hold on May 27th, 2020.

The programme being packaged by the organisation, Publishers of Medalinks News Magazine, headed by Omooba Tiamiyu Taiwo, will hold in grand style with a phone-in concept on Medalinks Media Half Hour airing on Sweet FM 107.1.

In a statement signed by the organisation Editor, Maryam Daramola, and made available to Daily Dispatch in Abeokuta on Tuesday, she promised that this debut edition would be inspiring, interesting and exciting.

She said: “The coronavirus pandemic has no doubt altered the year’s academic calendar. In lieu of this, the children’s day special edition is aimed at promoting reading culture in children.

“The program is to test intelligence of children in spelling bee, listening and pronunciation skills with loads of prizes to be won by participants.

“It will be aired by 2:05pm on Sweet FM 107.1. on May 27th, 2020, being children’s day celebration. We are appealing to parents to avail their children the opportunity to participate in the event. It is going to be inspiring, interesting and exciting.”
