Celestial Church Resumes 2026 Anointment Exercise in Imeko

The Celestial Church of Christ Worldwide has resumed its 2026 anointment exercise today, Wednesday, March 18, at the Holy Land, Celestial City, Imeko in Imeko.

According to a statement released ahead of the programme, the spiritual exercise will run until March 27, after which participants will observe a short break for the Easter celebration.

The church noted that the exercise will recommence in the second week of April immediately after the Easter break, allowing members who could not participate in the first phase another opportunity.

Church authorities directed all shepherds to ensure that prospective anointees are properly registered and that all required fees are fully paid before presentation for the exercise.

Participants were also urged to maintain decorum, discipline, and orderliness throughout the programme, in line with the church’s standards.

The leadership further wished members a safe journey as they travel to and from Imeko for the annual spiritual exercise.
