CBN lifts ban on 43 items
The Central Bank of Nigeria has lifted the restrictions placed on 43 items.
CBN in a statement issued by its Director, Corporate Communications, Isa Abdulmunin, said the ban is lifted with immediate effect.
The statement read in parts; “importers of all the items previously restricted by 2015 circular are now allowed to purchase foreign exchange in the Nigerian Foreign Exchange Market.”
