Breaking: Tribunal adjourns Atiku’s petition against Tinubu to May 18

The Presidential Election Petition Court has adjourned the continuation of the pre-hearing of the petition by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, against the election of the President-elect, Bola Tinubu, to May 18, 2023.

The PDP and Atiku, in the petition marked: CA/PEPC/05/2023, are challenging the declaration of Tinubu of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) as the winner of the February 25, 2023, presidential election by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
