Breaking: Passengers, motorists, others stranded as pedestrian bridge collapses at Alapere, Lagos
Verified information reaching us this Friday morning has it that a busy pedestrian bridge at Alapere, Ketu axis of Lagos State has collapsed.
It was gathered that the overhead bridge was destroyed by a trailer carrying a container. The accident has affected the outbound lane of the ever busy Third Mainland Bridge.
While responders are at the scene of the accident restoring normalcy, however, motorists are advised to use alternate routes to their destinations.
