Breaking: Osinbajo, Adamu Muazu meet in Aso Rock
Former National Chairman of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Adamu Muazu, on Wednesday met with the Vice President Yemi Osinbajo behind closed doors.
The meeting which lasted for about an hour held at the Vice President’s office, Presidential Villa, Abuja.
When State House correspondents sought to know the reasons behind his visit, he bluntly declined to comment.
It was not clear whether the former governor of Bauchi State was at the villa in connection with plans to defect to the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The ex-PDP boss traveled out of the country, after his party lost to the APC. He recently returned after spending three years on account of his daughter’s wedding.
His absence, many believed, was as a result of the defeat suffered by the PDP while he was at the helm of affairs.
