Breaking: No going back on deregulation of Oil Sector – Buhari insists
President Muhammadu Buhari has declared that there is no going back on deregulation of oil sector in the country.
Buhari made this declaration at the presentation of the 2021 Budget to the Joint Sitting of the National Assembly.
He presented the Budget on Thursday.
Before the decision to finally deregulate the sector, petrol was selling for N143.
With the deregulation, the price shot up to N160 minimum, leading to a strike threat by Organised Labour.
