Breaking: Niger Assembly impeach Majority Leader, Deputy, Chief Whip
The Niger State House of Assembly has impeached the Majority Leader, the Deputy Majority Leader and the Chief Whip.
The lawmakers also elected their successors.
Those impeached were Majority Leader, Saleh Ibrahim; Deputy Majority Leader Binta Mamman and Chief Whip Bello Ahmed.
They were replaced by Mohammed Abba Bala, who is the new Majority Leader; Madaki Malik Bosso as Deputy Majority Leader and Salihu Tama Edati the new Chief Whip.
